Life is better if we connect with others, keep learning, stay active, and are mindful of our actions and the world around us.

Photography can be a great mechanism to achieve this. It’s probably the only hobby I know that can compete in perfect harmony with other everyday life events, hobbies and interests.

Walking, nature, wildlife, art, family, cookery and flower arranging to name but a few.

During the height of lockdown it was my passion for photography that kept me sane.

I am now pleased to announce that from September I will be co-hosting a series of “mindfulness” photography classes with Robin Whitehead, from the Kent Wellbeing Hub.

Aimed at those who are either looking to take up photography for the first time or to develop their skills further. All types of cameras will be catered for from DSLR’s to phones.
